Flight Badge Ceremony for the 29th generation of Croatian Air Force Pilots

The Flight Badge Ceremony for the new Croatian Air Force pilots (29th generation) was held at the Colonel Mirko Vukušić Barracks in Zemunik Donji on October 3, 2025. This traditional Flight Badge Ceremony marked an important milestone for the newly trained pilots. It celebrated the successful completion of their education and flight training.

Professors from the Department of Aeronautics, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, attended the event. They accompanied their students who have now become new military pilots of the Croatian Air Force. Their presence once again confirmed the strong cooperation between the academic community and the Croatian Air Force.

The ceremony included several traditional parts. These included the presentation of flight badges, the handover of the cadet flag, a technical-tactical display, a flight program, and a reception. Each part reflected the importance of discipline and teamwork in the Croatian Air Force. In addition, the event highlighted the long-standing collaboration between the Faculty and the Air Force.

The Flight Badge Ceremony is one of the key moments for every generation of cadets. It symbolizes their hard work, commitment, and the successful link between academic study and practical military training.
